- Design and draft detailed plans with your design ideas in mind while taking into account the Building Code of Australia (BCA) , Council requirements and NSW Basix (Building Sustainabilty Index).  

-During the design stage we will liaise  with council and private certifiers  and other various bodies to help with your project.

- We also specalise in Rural development and OFF-GRID  homes.

- We also have  an Architect and Town Planner  as consultants in the firm.

We provide a design and drafting service for the following projects:

• New Homes- single, 2 storey, spilt-level
• Secondary Dwellings (Granny Flat)
• Alterations & Additions ( both large and small- such as a first floor addition, internal alterations, attached or detached garages and carports, swimming pools or simply at deck) 
• Dual Occupancy
• Rural Homes and Development
• Complying Development
• Town Houses
• Low Rise Units

As well as producing plans for your project we also provide the following services

• - Basix Certificate for your project 
• - Statement of Environmental Effects
• - Mines Subsidence stamp to your plans (if required)
• - Water Board Stamp to your plans (if required)

All or some of the above are are required by councils to be included when you submit your Development Application plans.
